A Little Story About Myself

About Tim Leatherman

My specialty is financing Manufactured Homes, with over 20 years’ experience. Licensed since required in the State of Oregon with no complaints or actions. I have been working with all the remaining Industry Lenders for manufactured Home Loans for In park, and land home. The relationships I have developed with MFG industry underwriters goes back 20+ years.

After working for the largest Manufactured Home Dealer in Oregon for over 12 years, I am proud to lead MortgageCouch’s Oregon office. As such, I meet the needs throughout Oregon of Borrowers, Agents and Dealers as a Mortgage Finance Professional.
